PEKING CHICKEN SPRING ROLLS
Ingredients
Roasted chicken meat (roughly cut up)
Hoi Sin sauce
Bean sprouts
Coriander
Garlic
Sliced red pepper
Spring roll pastry
Method
Mix ingredients together and roll in spring roll pastry.
Deep fry until golden & crispy.
Serve with Hoi Sin sauce.
